ISLAMABAD: The Election Fee of Pakistan (ECP) disqualified Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) lawmaker Shaukat Bhatti elected from provincial meeting constituency (PP-Four) in Rawalpindi for containing a faux level, ARY Information reported on Tuesday.

A 5 member bench of the ECP, headed through leader election commissioner (CEC) Justice (retd) Sardar Muhammad Raza, introduced the decision on an election petition filed through Iftkhar Kayani, a Pakistan Peoples Birthday party (PPP) candidate from the  constituency, sought the lawmaker’s disqualification for filing faux level together with his nomination papers.
